Surrealism

This was one of my first year graphic design projects, in a module called "Breaking the Rules". The brief was to create a poster to promote an "ism", so I chose surrealism. Instead of a poster, I decided to make a 3d object, as I thought it would be much more striking than a poster, and would attract more attention. I came up with this, a plant pot with an emerging hand, carrying a potato with an eye! Scary? Sadly I had to throw this away afterwards, as by the time it was marked and given back, the potato had grown roots! :(
